Lately, some of my cooking has been inspired by Canadian chef, best-selling author, actor and producer, David Rocco. Living half the time in Florence, Italy and his home town, Toronto, Ontario, David is renowned for rustic Italian cooking inspired by the style "cucina povera," or peasant cuisine. His latest TV series is Dolce Vita broadcasted on the Food Network among several others.
Watch David prepare Potato Croquets.
Italian-American Giada De Laurentiis studied at the famous Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Now, winner of the Daytime Emmy Award and inducted into the Culinary Hall of Fame, Giada at Home is hosted on the Food Network.
Enjoy watching Giada prepare Baked Chicken and Pastina, extreme comfort food for all ages.
